**Western Valley Roofing Giveaway Official Rules**

1. **Eligibility:** The giveaway is open to legal residents of Vernon to Penticton and surrounding areas, aged 18 and older. Employees of Western Valley Roofing and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. **Entry Method:** To enter, participants must like the giveaway post, follow the Western Valley Roofing page, tag 3 friends in the comments, and share the post on their story for an additional entry. All contestants must fill out the form on the companies giveaway page at westernvallyroofing.ca

3. **Prize Description:** The prize includes a complete roof inspection and up to a $10,000 credit towards a new roof installation.

4. **Winner Selection:** The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

5. **Notification of Winners:** The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform through which they entered the giveaway. They must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.

6. **Claiming the Prize:** The winner must provide their contact information to arrange the roof inspection and start date of their project. Failure to do so within the specified time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. **Publicity Release:** By participating, entrants agree to allow Western Valley Roofing to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the giveaway.

8. **Compliance with Laws:** This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
